• Booking and team information: the game, date, time, screen, number of players, team members, invitations, booking status, booking history, coupons, and related messages or notifications.
• Payment and account-value information: payment amount, currency, status, payment and order identifiers, refunds, wallet transactions, membership details, and billing-related records. Payment card or bank details entered during checkout are handled by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by Nitro Console.
• Technical and usage information: IP address, browser or device information, session information, pages viewed, actions taken, locally generated visitor and session identifiers, security events, and error diagnostics.

How we collect information

We collect information when you create or update an account, verify your contact details, book or pay for a session, join a team, send an invitation, use account features, or contact support. Some technical information is collected automatically when the website or its security and diagnostic tools operate.

• To show session availability and create, manage, and confirm bookings.
• To process payments, refunds, wallet activity, memberships, and coupons.
• To support teams, invitations, notifications, and customer support.

Cookies and browser storage

Nitro Console uses essential cookies for sign-in, registration, password reset, and session security. The website also uses local storage and session storage to remember account, profile, booking, interface, and notification state, and to keep basic page-view and interaction records. These technologies are used to operate and secure the service, not for third-party advertising.

Service providers and sharing

We share information only where needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect people or the service, or complete a business transfer. Providers currently supported by the site include:

• Razorpay for payment checkout and payment verification.
• Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse and automated-traffic checks when a security challenge is required.
• Sentry for error and performance diagnostics when monitoring is enabled.
• Hosting, database, email, SMS, and WhatsApp delivery providers where those services are configured.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Nitro Console does not sell personal information or share it for third-party advertising.

How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as it is needed to provide the service, secure accounts, resolve disputes, maintain payment and booking records, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Retention periods can differ by record type. Information may remain in backups for a limited period after it is removed from active systems.

Security

We use measures intended to protect personal information, including hashed passwords and authentication tokens, access controls, secure cookies in production, request validation, and audit logging. No website or storage system can guarantee complete security.

Your choices and requests

You can update many account details through your profile. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, or raise a privacy complaint. Some booking, payment, security, or accounting records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate record-keeping.

Children’s information

Nitro Console is not intended to collect personal information from children without the authorization or consent required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information without proper authorization, contact us so the request can be reviewed.
