Gaming café pricing explained

Updated 8 October 2026

Two gaming cafés can both say “PS5 sessions” and charge quite differently. This guide explains what actually drives the price so you can compare cafés fairly. It does not quote rupee figures, because each café sets its own prices; the numbers you should trust are the ones on the café's page.

What moves the price

How to read a “from” price

On a café's card and page you will see a starting price such as “from ₹X/hour”. That is the lowest price you can pay at that café, usually for the cheapest setup and the most economical group size. It is a useful way to compare cafés side by side, but your own total may be higher depending on the setup, players and time you choose. The booking step shows the total for your exact choices before you pay.

What is on top of the café's price

Part of what you pay is a convenience fee and a Nitro service charge; the rest goes to the café. Under the refund policy those fees are not returned if you cancel, which is one more reason to book a time you can keep.

Ways to keep the cost down

  1. Compare the starting prices of cafés in your city on the city pages.
  2. Play in a group: when the café prices per player, splitting the session lowers what each person spends on a longer game.
  3. Check quiet-hour slots if your schedule allows it.
  4. Book the session length you will actually use. Cancelling close to the start gives back less than cancelling early.
