Using Nitro Console
Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of Nitro Console, including account features, gaming-café discovery, session bookings, teams, wallet activity, and payments. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a failure of Nitro Console.
Bookings and café rules
A booking is confirmed only when Nitro Console shows confirmation and any required payment is complete. Session availability, equipment, opening hours, age restrictions, and venue conduct rules may also be set by the selected café. Arrive on time; unused session time may not be extended.
Prices and payments
Prices, taxes, discounts, wallet credits, and the total payable amount are shown before confirmation. Payments may be processed by a third-party provider. Do not close or refresh checkout until the result is shown. Contact support if your account is charged without a confirmed booking.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy. A session cannot be cancelled or refunded after its scheduled start time.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, impersonate another person, interfere with security or availability, scrape protected data, send abusive content, or use another person’s payment method without authorization. We may restrict access needed to protect users, cafés, or the service.
Service availability
We work to keep information accurate and the service available, but temporary interruptions and café-side changes can occur. We may correct obvious pricing or availability errors before a booking is confirmed.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nitro Console is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, third-party service failures, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Questions may be sent to support@nitroconsole.in.
